This notice explains what personal information Forefront Consulting collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Forefront Consulting is a strategy consultancy based in Egypt. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation and the message you write. When you request a document we collect your name, email address, job title, company, and your phone number if you choose to give it — the phone number is optional. When you subscribe to Strategy Notes we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. We also record when you ticked a consent box and the exact wording you agreed to.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to follow up about the request you made. Document request details are used to send you the document and to contact you about that request. Newsletter subscriptions are used to send you Strategy Notes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our lawful basis
For enquiries and document requests, we rely on your request to us and our legitimate interest in responding to it. For Strategy Notes we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, without giving a reason.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and document requests for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted automatically. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; once you do, we keep a record of your unsubscribe for 24 months so that we do not add you back by mistake, and then delete it.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: Resend to send email, Cloudflare R2 to store files, and CranL to host the site and its database. They process information on our behalf and under contract. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to receive a copy in a portable format and to complain to your national data protection authority. We will respond within one month.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets one cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts, and our fonts are served from our own domain rather than an external provider.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date above.
